Kejriwal Agrees to Answer ED Questions via Video After March 12th

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, in response to the latest summons from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) regarding the excise policy case, has expressed willingness to participate in a video-conferencing session with the agency after March 12th, according to government sources. Kejriwal, who has previously skipped multiple ED summonses, deeming them illegal and pending court resolution, reiterated his stance on the matter. Despite labeling the summonses as illegal, he remains prepared to address the agency’s inquiries. Additionally, Kejriwal is required to appear before a city court on March 16th in connection with a complaint filed by the ED for his failure to attend previous summonses.
