Former MP CM Chouhan: INDIA Bloc Parties Unite to Protect Themselves from Corruption Charges

Former Madhya Pradesh chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan remarked on Friday that parties within the INDIA bloc have joined forces primarily due to corruption charges against them. Speaking after a meeting of state-level leaders from the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance to discuss election strategies, Chouhan noted internal conflicts among the alliance members. He cited statements from expelled Congress leader Sanjay Nirupam, Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray, and West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee, emphasizing their individual struggles and alleging that their unity stems from a shared goal of self-preservation rather than ideological alignment.
