Supreme Court Seeks ED’s Response on Arvind Kejriwal’s Plea Against Arrest in Money Laundering Case

The Supreme Court has sought a response from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) regarding a plea by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal challenging his arrest in a money-laundering case linked to the alleged excise policy scam. Justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta issued notice to the ED, challenging the Delhi High Court’s order upholding Kejriwal’s arrest. The ED has been instructed to file a reply by April 24th, with the matter scheduled for hearing in the week commencing April 29th.
