Cheetah Strays from Kuno National Park, Found Roaming in Rajasthan Village

A cheetah ventured out of Madhya Pradesh’s Kuno National Park and was sighted in a village in Rajasthan’s Karauli district, confirmed a forest department official. Karauli Wildlife Deputy Conservator of Forest, Piyush Sharma, reported the incident, stating that the cheetah, identified as a male, traveled approximately 50 kilometers from Sheopur and Sabalgarh in Madhya Pradesh to reach Simara village in Karauli. The village lies along the banks of the Chambal river, adjacent to the two cities in Madhya Pradesh.
