Delhi Government Calls Emergency Meeting Amid Severe Water Crisis

Amidst a scorching heatwave gripping the national capital, Delhi’s government has called for an emergency meeting on Thursday to address the acute water shortage affecting the city. With temperatures soaring to nearly 50 degrees Celsius in some areas, the situation has exacerbated the water crisis. The meeting, scheduled for noon, will see the participation of key officials including Water Minister Atishi, Health Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj, the chief secretary, and other senior officers.
