Woman Gives Birth on KSRTC Bus in Kerala, Assisted by Passengers and Hospital Staff

A 37-year-old woman gave birth to a baby girl on a KSRTC bus traveling from Angamaly to Thottilpalam in Kerala on Thursday, May 30th. The bus driver, noticing her labor pains, diverted to a nearby hospital where doctors and staff assisted in the delivery. Identified as Serina, the woman went into labor near Peramangalam Police station and was rushed to Amala Hospital in Thrissur. Both mother and baby are reportedly stable, with the newborn shifted to the NICU for observation. The incident, captured on video, has since gone viral, showcasing the collective effort of bus staff, passengers, and hospital security in ensuring a safe delivery.
