A 32-year-old restaurant owner, Sanjay Singh, was fatally shot by unidentified assailants in northeast Delhi’s New Usmanpur area. Singh, who had a prior murder case against him, was attacked near his house while returning from his restaurant late Tuesday night. He was discovered injured on the road by a friend, who then informed Singh’s younger brother Nitin, a dairy owner, according to police.
